Shipping & Return Policy for Wholesale Trend In Need (B2B & B2C Bulk Buyers)

Shipping Charges: Wholesale Trend In Need charges shipping costs based on the total weight of the order. The shipping cost is inclusive of 18% GST.

Delivery Timeline:

  • Orders are typically delivered within 12 to 15 days.

  • Dispatch time varies depending on the product category.

  • Standard dispatch time is 4 to 5 days to ensure the highest finishing and quality.

  • Handmade products such as hand-painted dress materials, sarees, and block-printed dress materials and sarees require at least 5 to 7 days for dispatch, especially during monsoon seasons due to weather conditions.

Expedited Delivery: Currently, we do not offer expedited delivery services. If such a service becomes available in the future and your area is serviceable, we will notify you accordingly.

International Shipping: Wholesale Trend In Need currently does not deliver products outside India.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before processing. Once the order is processed it cannot be cancelled.

  • The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days if a cancellation request is approved.

  • If cancellation is due to non-payment or failure to provide the required details, the order will be automatically cancelled without a refund.

Custom Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for paying any applicable local/state taxes or duties.

  • Wholesale Trend In Need is not liable for additional taxes imposed by local authorities after the product is shipped.

Delays Beyond Control

  • Delivery delays due to natural disasters, strikes, logistics disruptions, or government regulations are beyond our control.

  • Such delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, or compensation.

Packaging & Damage Responsibility

  • Customers should inspect the parcel upon delivery.

  • If the package appears damaged, customers should refuse delivery and contact support immediately.

  • If a damaged parcel is accepted, it must be reported within 24 hours with photos/videos.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligible Return Cases: Wholesale Trend In Need accepts returns only under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong Colour Delivered
  • Wrong size delivered
  • Different Print Delivered
  • Defective/Broken products
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing items in the order

2. Timeframe for Return Requests:

  • Customers must initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Return requests made beyond this period will not be accepted.

3. Important Return Guidelines:

  • To avoid disputes, we strongly recommend recording a parcel opening video upon receiving your order.

  • In case of any of the above-listed issues, please contact our customer support via WhatsApp at +91 9511675301 with clear images of the product received and the parcel opening video along with a brief description of the issue.

  • Products must be unused and in their original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must remain intact.

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

4. Exchange Policy:

  • Customers may request an exchange subject to stock availability.

  • If an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit will be provided.

5. Return Pickup Attempts & Customer Responsibility:

  • If the return pickup fails due to customer unavailability, a second attempt may be made.

  • If the second attempt also fails, the return request will be cancelled.

6. Refund Processing Timeline & Method:

  • Once the return request is approved, a return pickup will be arranged.

  • Self-return is allowed only if return pickup service is not available for the pin code.

  • In case of self-return, tracking details must be shared within 24-48 hours of return approval.

  • Once the returned product is received, a quality check will be conducted within 24-48 hours.

  • If the product passes the quality check, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 10-12 business days to reflect in the customer's bank account.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed as a store credit or bank transfer after verifying return conditions.

7. Non-Returnable or Final Sale Items:

  • Customized orders and clearance sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

8. Condition of Refund in Case of Damaged or Incorrect Products:

  • Returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect products will only be processed if reported within 48 hours and accompanied by proper proof (photos/videos).

  • Used or worn products will not be eligible for return/refund.

9. Customer Responsibility for Self-Return Shipping:

  • If self-return is required, the customer must use a reliable courier service.

  • If eligible, shipping costs for self-return will be reimbursed up to INR 80/-(Inclusive of all taxes) for every 500gm, provided a valid receipt is shared.

10. Partial Returns (for Bulk Orders):

  • Partial returns for bulk orders may be accepted, but customers must confirm with our support team before initiating a return.

  • Restocking fees may apply for partial returns.
